• Maintain internal network with Back and Middle Offices.
• Advocate for client while upholding policy and regulation.
• Achieve client satisfaction by promptly acknowledging and addressing emails.
• Share and disseminate the objective of global client satisfaction.
• Propose improvements to streamline processes and participate in UAT.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (FO, Marketers).
• Contribute to risk mitigation and knowledge sharing.

Job Title: Associate or Senior Associate (Client service-Audit Confirmation)

Department: CEFS

About Business line/Function: Client Relationship Management & Services division - Delivering first-class client relationships and differentiated client services across businesses Position Purpose : As a member of the Audit Confirmation Team within the Client Relationship Management & Services division, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end production and dispatch of audit confirmations for Global Market products worldwide and Corporate Bank ing products for New York (US) and APAC regions.. The team is also primary point of contact for inquiries from clients and auditors regarding their audit confirmations for the scope of products mentioned above. The team interacts on a regular basis with Tier-1 audit firms including Big 4 - as well as leading hedge funds such as , ensuring high service standards are met .

Preferred candidate profile

Direct Responsibilities

Ensure any Audit Confirmation request is processed as per our service levels agreements in accordance with the current procedures

• Ensure correct and timely production and delivery of these audit reports
• Maintain a close relationship with VIP clients
• Maintain internal network with Back and Middle Offices to ease problem solving through a partnership-based relation
• Advocate for client while upholding bank policy and industry regulation Achieve client satisfaction by promptly acknowledging and working on their emails, queries etc.
• Share and disseminate the common objective of global client satisfaction
• Propose any improvement that could help to streamline process
• Propose enhancements to strengthen the tools and processes in place and actively participate in the User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Contributing Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with internal stakeholders (FO, Marketers)
• Contribute to the enhancement and tools to mitigate Operational risk to client
• Contribute to the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing on all aspects of the role.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Experience in banking or relevant experience is a plus

Knowledge of Global Markets, related products, and derivatives and processes is a plus

Ability to work with MS Office (namely, Excel)

At least 2-5 years experience in finance or banking related industry
