Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing.
• Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per prescribed guidelines.
• Process customer transactions accurately and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure compliance with operational checklists and quality standards.
• Support daily operations by adhering to system-based procedures and controls.

Secondary Responsibilities
