Lokal, a house of focused apps in India, is seeking a Lead Management Associate for AstroLokal onboarding. You will source, manage, and nurture astrologer leads through social media and portals, ensuring a smooth onboarding.

You will coordinate with quality teams, schedule assessments, maintain CRM records, and follow up to maximize conversions. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with CRM proficiency and strong networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and onboarding.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Hunt for leads through social media platforms, lead generation portals, and other sources.
• Manage and track inbound leads from various sources (social media, referrals, inbound inquiries).
• Reach out to potential astrologers, explain the onboarding process, and assess their suitability.
• Coordinate with the quality teams to schedule assessments and interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion rates.

Role Overview :

The Lead Management Associate is responsible for sourcing, managing, and nurturing leads for astrologer onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying potential candidates through social media, online portals, and inbound inquiries while ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
