Job summary

Mamalife is seeking an Associate Nutritionist – Customer Experience in Gurgaon (Work from Office). Fresher or 0–2 years of experience, with strong communication in Hindi and English.

You will engage with new and existing customers, provide nutrition guidance, explain products, and help them choose suitable options while recording feedback and maintaining CRM updates. Responsibilities

• Discuss nutritional needs with new and existing customers.
• Provide basic nutrition guidance to pregnant/postpartum mothers.
• Explain products, ingredients, benefits and usage to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products and escalate medical concerns when needed.
• Make outbound order confirmation calls and verify delivery details.
• Collect post-purchase feedback and follow up to foster repeat purchases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with operations and support teams.

About Mamalife: Mamalife is a fast-growing D2C nutrition and wellness brand dedicated to supporting mothers through their postpartum journey. We develop nutrition products designed around the everyday needs of new mothers, including lactation, recovery, and overall wellness.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Associate Nutritionist who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to build a career in nutrition, wellness, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with new and existing customers to understand their nutritional needs and concerns.
• Provide basic nutrition and product-related guidance to pregnant and postpartum mothers within approved protocols.
• Explain Mamalife products, their ingredients, benefits, and recommended usage.
• Help customers select suitable products based on their requirements and escalate medical concerns to qualified professionals.

Order Confirmation Calls

• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders and verify delivery details.
• Help reduce order cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin) through proactive customer communication.

Customer Feedback & Follow-up Calls

• Call customers after purchase to collect feedback about their experience.
• Understand product satisfaction, usage patterns, and customer concerns.
• Encourage repeat purchases by following up with customers and helping them maintain their nutrition routines.
• Record customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain accurate customer records and call updates.
• Handle customer queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to resolve customer issues.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with Mamalife customers.

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates in B.Sc. Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not required.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers throughout the day.
• Empathetic, patient, confident, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Interest in maternal nutrition, women's health, and wellness.
