Job summary

Selsmart is seeking a growth-minded marketing professional in India to drive business growth across digital marketing, customer growth, retention, brand initiatives, and partnerships. You will work with analytics, campaigns, and new growth opportunities to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Leadership to own projects end-to-end, bringing curiosity, numerical rigor, and ownership to every initiative in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Growth, Consulting, Product, or related fields.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer behavior, business trends, and market insights.
• Work on customer acquisition, retention, brand initiatives, and business growth projects.
• Analyze data, customer journeys, funnels, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives across both Paid and offline channels.
• Explore new BTL activities, referral programs, and innovative growth ideas.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and measure business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Leadership teams to solve business challenges.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and continuously improve outcomes.
