Job summary

Sasta Sundar is seeking an Associate Manager - Business Development to drive the Retailer Shakti initiative across Odisha and the North East. You will build retailer partnerships, onboard new partners, and accelerate market expansion through field execution.

You will lead onboarding, engagement and growth with local retailers and pharmacies, coordinate with field teams, track performance, and report insights. A proactive seller mindset and willingness to travel within Odisha are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream).
• 2–5 years' experience in business development/field sales.
• Bike with valid licence and willingness to travel within Odisha.

Responsibilities

• Identify & onboard new retail partners under Retailer Shakti.
• Drive sales targets & business growth in the assigned region.
• Build and manage a strong retailer network & relationships.
• Coordinate with field teams for smooth execution.
• Track performance & report market insights.
• 25 mandatory visit per day.
• 50 activation cum registration per month.
• Minimum 5 lakh business per month.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream);

• Bike with valid licence mandatory & willingness to travel within Odisha
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
