The Project Management & Control Specialist will play a pivotal role within Adani's Thermal Projects division, based in Raigrah. This role demands a dynamic and experienced professional capable of leading complex thermal power projects through all phases of their lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. Key Responsibilities of Role

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management software.
• Ensure all project milestones are realistic, achievable, and aligned with business goals.
• - Resource Allocation and Budget Control: Lead the budgeting process, track expenditures, forecast financial needs, and optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality or deadlines.
• - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• - Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external contractors.
