Job summary

Arvind Limited invites applications for an Associate Manager - Processing based at Santej. You will support day-to-day processing operations with strong execution, timely follow-up, and adherence to defined standards, coordinating with internal teams to ensure workflow continuity and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–6 years' experience in processing, a bias for quality, and the ability to drive process discipline, perform issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement within NYD

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing activities and ensure work is completed as per plan, quality norms, and timelines.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to maintain smooth material flow and resolve processing issues.
• Track process performance, identify deviations, and escalate with clear facts.
• Support implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure adherence.
• Review output quality and support corrective action closure.
• Maintain records and operational updates for review and decision-making.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Support day-to-day processing operations with strong execution, timely follow-up, and adherence to defined standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, quality compliance, and on-time delivery of processing outputs.
• Drive process discipline, issue resolution, and continuous improvement within the processing function.

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to maintain smooth material flow and resolve routine processing issues.
• Track process performance, identify deviations, and escalating exceptions with clear facts and timely follow-up.

• Review output quality, address rework or rejection concerns, and support corrective action closure.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational updates for review and decision-making.
