Arvind Limited is seeking a skilled Color Separator to create high-quality separations for rotary and digital textile printing. You will develop print-ready separations from design files, swatches, and reference artworks, ensuring accurate color repeat across techniques and preparing files for bulk production.

The role requires blending design interpretation with production standards, strong color matching, and collaboration with Design, Sampling, Production, and Printing teams to deliver

• Experience in color separation for textile rotary and digital printing.
• Deep knowledge of printing processes and screen engraving requirements.
• Ability to interpret fabric swatches into production-ready designs.
• Strong color matching techniques and repeat creation.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Create high-quality color separations for rotary and digital textile printing applications.
• Develop print-ready separations from soft design files, fabric swatches, theme boards, reference images and artworks.
• Convert swatch-based designs into accurate and production-friendly printable separations.
• Ensure color consistency and repeat accuracy across different printing techniques.
• Prepare and optimize artwork files for bulk production.
• Collaborate with Design, Sampling, Production, and Printing teams to achieve printed outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and color-related issues during development and production stages.
• Maintain design quality standards and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Support new collection developments through innovative color and design execution.
