Responsibilities:

We seek a PnL owner, strategic thinker, and analytical Business Finance Manager to join our team. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, excellent quantitative skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Analyze financial data and develop models for decision support.
• Ensure the Operating plan translates into a measurable financial plan with milestones.
• Report financial performance and prepare for senior management reviews.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement KPIs to monitor key parameters and signal corrective actions.
• Analyze data to recommend actions, study proposed changes.
• Identify and drive process improvements, create reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comparisons.

What you need to join the Ninja Clan:
