Associate Manager – FP&A

Role Purpose
The candidate is responsible for the full P&L cycle, including revenue, fixed & variable costs, and total costs, leading up to EBIT. We seek a connector who can bridge FP&A plant owners to Bunge’s C‑level leaders. The role requires agility, strong communication, projection development, budget management, scenario development, and ensuring senior management understands results and drivers.
Accountabilities
- Analyze full P&L cycle, revenue analysis, fixed & variable cost analysis & commentaries, EBIT & ROE analysis, and identify revenue opportunities and cost improvements.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly performance decks, monthly/quarterly committee presentations, and business reviews.
- Maintain consistency and integrity of data measurement across regions and provide financial performance reports.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly and annual budgeting (BUD) and strategic planning for the business segment.
- Support onshore teams in forecasting by conducting integral checks and identifying risks and sensitivities to meet full-year targets.
- Support functional process standardization, continuous improvement, system, and practice enhancements.
Liaison & Collaboration
- Bridge FP&A plant owners to Bunge’s leadership.
- Finance liaison to departments, understanding their business, supporting initiatives, and addressing financial inquiries.
- Connect controlling, supply chain, and other functions onshore/offshore to ensure quality and security in performance management.
- Partner with accounting during close: review departmental GLs, record transactions, prepare revenue/expense accruals, and provide P&L and cash variance explanations.

Technical Requirements
- Experience in a Shared Services Centre setup is a distinct advantage.
- Experience processing high volumes of transactions.
- Experience with SAP, workflow tools, and document imaging systems.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.
Education & Experience
- 4‑5 years of work experience in a similar role or a CA with 2‑3 years of experience.
- Experience in the agribusiness/commodity trading industry preferred.
- Minimum education: CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high‑quality output under time pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams worldwide.
- Experience managing people and processes through sustained change.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP/Accounting systems SAP mandatory; reporting tools such as OneStream, Tableau, or Power BI advantageous.
