Job summary

Adani Ports and SEZ in India is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounts professional with 5+ years of experience in managing F&A in a large setup. The role involves budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX finalization, MIS preparation and statutory audits coordination.

Responsibilities include balance sheet preparation, expense analysis, cash flow management, and strengthening internal controls. A CA/MBA/ICWA qualification is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in F&A in a large setup.
• Experience in preparing balance sheet and handling statutory audits in the company.
• CA/MBA/ICWA qualifications as educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Opex, Capex budgets preparation, finalization, approval and periodic reviews.
• Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue & profit performance, identify gaps and suggest corrective actions to management.
• Support to business for evaluation of CAPEX decisions.
• Ensure monthly MIS preparation and coordinate review by business.
• Prepare financial statements and review of the same.
• Analyze expenses/receivable and suggest corrective measures.
• Cash flow management and short-term investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance to internal audit observations and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure completion of statutory audits as per schedule and address audit observations.
• Ensure statutory compliances such as Service Tax and EPCG redemption.
• Coach and motivate the team through effective communication.
