Job summary

Qualifications

Reports To: Director - Business Finance

Role Overview - We are looking for a Finance Analytics & Automation professional who combines finance fundamentals with strong hands-on analytics capability. This role will support the Business Finance team by automating reporting processes, building scalable dashboards, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. The purpose of this role is to Drive finance automation, improve MIS quality, and convert financial data into business insights.

What You'll Be Doing

• Automate MIS, revenue, profitability, cost, and variance reporting processes.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for finance and business stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reviews.
• Identify automation opportunities across finance workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Work with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Operations teams to improve data visibility.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and automation solutions.

Your Expertise

• Power BI: Dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query, visualization best practices, including python
• Advanced Excel: Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data modelling, financial analysis models
• Finance Knowledge: P&L understanding, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability and cost allocation
• Business Partnering: Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Exposure to ERP, Salesforce, HRMS, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience in process improvement, dashboard adoption, and stakeholder enablement.
