The Associate Manager, CDP Segmentation & Activation, will play a critical role in driving revenue, retention, and engagement for our Consumer Revenue organization by transforming customer data into actionable marketing programs while providing dedicated email operations support by helping to manage audience campaign setup, QA, and deployment.
This role sits at the intersection of CDP, Email Ops, and Marketing, partnering closely with stakeholders to build audience strategies, activate cross-channel campaigns, and enable personalized customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in database marketing, customer data, and email operations, with a deep understanding of data schemas and SQL querying. They are equally comfortable working within Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation Platforms, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and troubleshooting complex data challenges. They possess strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in fast-paced and cross-functional environments, and bring a passion for developing innovative, results-driven marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
This individual is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technologies, and proactively identifies opportunities to transform customer data into actionable marketing programs, improve operational processes, optimize campaign performance, and enhance customer experiences. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
