Job summary

DXC Technology India is seeking a seasoned professional to lead client engagements in business process outsourcing and IT services. The role involves analyzing requirements, defining scope, managing delivery teams, and ensuring project profitability, quality, and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with sales and business development, assess opportunities, and drive process improvements while developing staff through coaching and performance management. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of business process outsourcing, consulting, or systems implementation experience.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Experience working with business processes and IT applications/infrastructure.
• Experience with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures.
• Experience integrating applications; UK Insurance experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess business requirements and determine scope of project.
• Ensure process excellence and drive process automation.
• Estimate resource requirements and recruit resources as needed.
• SLA management and preparation of P&L.
• Client coordination, management and people management.
• Ensure business unit profitability and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure documentation and access control/compliance of ISMS policy.
• Organize training for new recruits and ongoing process refreshers.
• Contribute towards business development where applicable.
• Motivate and manage the team toward common goals; build trust with staff and clients.

• - Analysebusiness systems and functions;assistsinidentifyingclient requirements and providesappropriate documentationfor contract and pricing propositions.
• - Supervises the development of scope of services and requirements definitions. Assign, structures and supervises team deliverables to meet project schedules.
• - Serves as technical resource for client(s) and/or staff.Analyse, responds and resolves issues andassistsin re-evaluating priorities.
• - Evaluates current, internal processes andmaintainscurrency with industry trends and forecasts. Recommends approved modifications and/or new processes tomaintaincompetitiveness in the industry.
• - Identifiesadditionalproduct/services opportunities in client organization and follows up with business development team.
• - Recommends and/orinitiatestheselectionand hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salaryincreasetransfers and terminations to manager.
• - Works in conjunction with the business development team inrepresentingcompany's outsourcing capabilities to potential clients. Accompanies sales team to client sites,aidsin pre-sale inquiries andassistsin client evaluation.

EducationQualification
