Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of securitisations, capital structures, payment waterfalls, prepayments, and defaults.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in MS Excel (Python knowledge is an added advantage)
  • Exposure to valuations in private markets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support clients across the investment lifecycle for credit and alternative asset classes, including loan portfolios, securitisations, structured credit, specialty finance, and real estate
  • Build and review robust, transparent financial models for third-party valuations; develop models from scratch and perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
  • Design valuation methodologies for new asset types and contribute to enhancements in private market valuation platforms
  • Present valuation outputs to clients, investors, and auditors
  • Mentor junior team members and manage small teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Support asset management reporting, post-deal analysis, portfolio monitoring, and ad-hoc analytics

Description:
  • A global advisory and solutions firm supporting institutional investors across credit and alternative assets through transaction advisory, valuation, and portfolio analytics.
  • This role sits within the Advisory Services team and offers significant exposure to complex credit and alternative asset transactions, direct client interaction, and opportunities to take ownership of high-impact work.
Role Overview:

The selected candidate will work closely with global institutional investors, supporting them across various stages of investment transactions. The role involves leading and contributing to valuation, financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and client presentations, along with mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
