Job summary

Quality Council of India is seeking an Associate Manager to support the Knowledge Management Unit (KMU). The role focuses on coordinating with ministries, validating and analyzing data, and preparing briefing materials for senior officials.

Ideal candidates will have a postgraduate qualification (Tier 1 college preferred), strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
• Tier 1 college preferred for postgraduate or graduate qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and engagement with relevant Ministries/Departments and stakeholders.
• Support collection, validation, consolidation and analysis of data and information.
• Prepare analytical reports, briefing notes, presentations and other review materials.
• Support tracking and monitoring of initiatives, action points and defined indicators.
• Maintain relevant trackers and support timely follow-up on identified gaps and pending actions.
• Support preparation of inputs and materials for reviews and discussions with senior officials.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant experience in areas such as consulting, policy, programme/project management, business transformation, data analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

• Postgraduate qualification is mandatory. Tier 1 college preferred
• Candidates with relevant graduate-level qualifications from Tier 1 college and experience may also be considered.
