Job summary

Iris Software in Gurugram is seeking an Associate Manager-BA to drive business analysis across complex IT initiatives in a hybrid work setting. You will read and produce data flow diagrams, map data sources to targets, and write clear technical specs for deployment.

You will leverage strong SQL and data analytics skills to support stakeholders across business units, including banking/capital markets domains, and apply AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 1013 years as a BSA/BA with strong domain exposure to Banking / Capital Markets.
• Understanding of how systems and applications interact and exchange data (interfaces, batch/file transfers, integration points).
• Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to read/produce data flow diagrams and source-to-target mapping documents.
• Proven ability to write technical specifications developers can implement directly.
• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large/complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
