Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and handle litigation matter across various legal forums
• Conduct trials and prepare legal documentation including pleadings, applications, motions, written submissions, and appellate documents
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings
• Provide strategic advice and research complex legal issues to support case strategy
• Coordinate with senior advocates and counsels for case preparation and arguments
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide regular updates
• Ensure proper management of case files and maintain accurate and updated documentation
• Assist in negotiations, dispute resolution, and settlement discussions where applicable
• Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support case preparation and legal advisory work
• Draft, review, edit, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, etc.
• Ensure strict adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and bar association rules and regulations
