Job summary

ZS is seeking an IT Operations Assistant to manage software license assignments, track usage, and support asset and invoice workflows in a hybrid work environment in India. The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, PO and invoice processing, and collaboration across teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Operations
• Professional appearance and discretion
• Experience in software license management & audit reporting
• Knowledge about purchase order and invoice processing
• Any graduate / Specialization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, presentations
• Prior work experience as IT Operation Assistance preferred
• Experience of working in ServiceNow and SAP preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Handle software license assignments per the defined process

• Handling the software license assignment as per set process
• Periodic review of software usages and preparing the analysis report

• Work with team on chargeback system and submit monthly reports
• Entering the data in various system
• Maintaining record of projects & keep all data in order.
• Purchase order creations
• Validate the invoice against the quote and process them

• Entering the assets in CMDB

What you’ll bring:

• 1 years to 3 years of relevant experience in Operation role
