Job summary

Haworth International in India seeks a design professional to support BENELUX & NESEE sales by delivering workspace design concepts, costing, and presentations. You will collaborate with sales teams, dealers, and key accounts to develop proposals and drive project delivery across the region.

You will develop design concepts, coordinate with internal teams, and utilize 3D modeling tools to communicate outcomes. A strong portfolio and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting and costing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel for quotation preparation, budgeting, and profitability calculations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of workplace design fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong presentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist and own workspace design development, including product selection, costing, and customer presentations.
• Support proposals to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to identify key accounts and dealer opportunities.
• Develop design concepts and presentations aligning with customer requirements and Haworth solutions.
• Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, and accounts to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to support problem resolution and project execution.

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to support problem resolution and project execution.

• Maintain knowledge of Haworth and competitive product offerings to create effective workplace design solutions.

• Utilize digital design tools, including 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation software, to communicate design intent and project outcomes.

• Support regional bid responses by preparing design proposals that align with overall account strategies.

• Work closely with visualization, customer service, finance, and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Qualifications
