Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate in Insurance - P&C Underwriting to review and validate claim information, process claims under underwriting rules, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will communicate with clients to obtain missing details, flag discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records.

The role supports team members and escalates complex cases as needed. This hybrid position in India requires English proficiency and a background in actuarial science, economics, finance, or risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance, or risk management and insurance.
• Master’s in statistics or related quantitative field is a plus.
• Certificates in claims, risk or regulatory compliance enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims per guidelines, underwriting rules and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to gather missing details for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors or incomplete documentation for correction.
