Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate in Insurance - P&C Claims in Gurugram, India. The role involves assisting clients with auto policy inquiries, evaluating coverage needs, and processing policy changes.

You will work with agents and underwriters to ensure compliant, accurate policies and maintain meticulous records for audits. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and customer-focused service in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's degree in Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding auto insurance policies and provide clear, accurate information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audit purposes.
• Support process improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities.
