Job summary

Zinnia is seeking an Associate II/III for Quality Audit on Insurance Platforms in Gurugram. The role focuses on auditing insurance processes, spotting fraud indicators, and ensuring accuracy in claims-related transactions.

You will collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards while supporting process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Insurance and 3+ years in audit roles, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream; commerce graduates preferred.
• 5+ years of overall Insurance experience.
• 3+ years of audit experience in Insurance.
• Ability to spot fraudulent claims and red flags; cross-check calculations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook; strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Email/letter writing skills; ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multi-client transactions.
• Willingness to work non-rotating US shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal/external communications in absence of supervisor.

• Support supervisor in developing team strengths.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Effectively Handle Internal and External Communication in the absence of the supervisor.
• Aid in processing critical transactions on a need basis.
• Help the supervisor in developing Team Strengths.
• Help the supervisor in analyzing the process reports, and attending to client calls/ onshore counterparts.
• Coach Team Members (new and existing basis requirements).
• Should be able to get the work done by showing teamwork attribute.
• Ability to transfer knowledge to other team members.
• Provide assistance in exceeding service standards.
• Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the Annuity domain, and of all products & processes.
• Ability to work with strict timelines, and should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
• 5+ years of overall work experience in Insurance.
• 3+ years of working experience in Audit role in Insurance.
• Ability to spot fraudulent claims, handle exceptional situations, identify the red flags, and able to cross-check the performed calculations based on nominees’ shareholding patterns.
• Ability to do multi-tasks at one time. Should be able to understand multi-transactions of multi-clients.
• Experience in a professional/office-related environment that required to work regularly scheduled shifts.
• Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required to use a keyboard, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
• Excellent English Business communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Must have Email/ Letter writing skills.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
