UST in India seeks an Analyst for the Fund Mandate Control function to produce and validate daily, monthly, and quarterly fund and client reports, while maintaining the funds portal.

You will work independently, manage standard templates, investigate data discrepancies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery to internal and external stakeholders. You will gain exposure to BAU and project work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in fund reporting, data operations or related financial services roles.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with reporting/data platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Produce day-to-day reporting outputs (factsheets, regulatory, MI reports) within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct control checks, maintain compliance with operational procedures and document exceptions/issues as they arise.
  • Manage and respond to allocated stakeholder queries.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of reporting templates and data feeds.
  • Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Report status updates and issues to the Senior Analyst or Team Leader as appropriate.
  • Provide input for the teams management information and KPIs.

Description Fund Mandate Analyst Role -
Overview of Role/Principle Responsibilities:

As an Analyst within the UST India Fund and Data Reporting team, which is part of the Fund Mandate Control function, you will have key operational responsibility for the production and validation of daily, monthly, and quarterly fund and client reports as well as the maintenance of the funds portal.

You will operate processes independently, manage standard templates, investigate data or reporting discrepancies, and ensure prompt, high-quality delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

With access to experienced colleagues and a wide spectrum of reporting and fund data, you will build technical skills, product knowledge, and an understanding of regulatory requirements.

You will be encouraged to challenge current processes and participate in process improvement initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to both BAU (Business as Usual) and project-based work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
