Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance or a related discipline.
• MBA with Engineering background preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery or Business Transformation in Fund Administration / Asset Management domain.
• Certification in NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Active use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business and delivery process optimization through simplification, standardization, process reengineering, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and client outcomes by leveraging AI, digital solutions, and data-driven insights.
• Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement sustainable process improvements and operating models.
• Manage BAU delivery to meet service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Design, enhance, and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and client requirements.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational performance and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Support governance through business reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking.

About your role

We are looking for a proactive and techno-functional Manager – Client Reporting Solutions to balance Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery with end-to-end business, change and delivery process optimization. Working across business, operations, and technology teams, you will identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and transform processes by leveraging data, AI, automation, and process reengineering. The ideal candidate combines an agile mindset with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into practical solutions. You will lead change initiatives from solution design through implementation and UAT while strengthening governance, reporting, risk management, and operational capability to deliver sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Transformation Drive end-to-end business and delivery process optimization through simplification, standardization, process reengineering, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and client outcomes by leveraging AI, digital solutions, and data-driven insights.
• Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement sustainable process improvements and operating models.
• Business Operations, Client Reporting & Insights Manage BAU delivery to meet service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Design, enhance, and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and client requirements.
• Analyse reporting requirements, assess operational impacts, and recommend scalable reporting and process solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational performance and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Governance, Risk & Data Management Support governance through business reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking.
• Ensure robust data quality, reporting integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and control improvements.
• Project Delivery & Change Lead or support cross-functional business transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Apply Agile/SAFe principles to deliver change effectively and support successful business adoption.
• Capability Building & Stakeholder Management Develop process documentation, standards, and knowledge assets to support operational excellence.
• Build team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
• Build effective relationships with business, technology, operations, and client stakeholders through clear communication, governance, and executive reporting.
