Job summary

UST is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to safeguard our resiliency across critical functions. You will work with leadership to evolve our continuity program, including BIA, risk assessments, and recovery plans, while driving training and awareness.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in business continuity with strong IT disaster recovery knowledge, compliance understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business continuity planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of Financial, Audit, and IT Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring BIA, risk assessments, and recovery plans are accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials for business continuity and awareness activities.
• Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios.
• Manage content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
• Ensure integration of new services into the business continuity program.
• Support strategy development and in-house training for resilience initiatives.
• Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.

This role offers the chance to work closely with our Business Leadership on ambitious projects that improve the resiliency of critical business functions. Working with the Director of Enterprise Resilience, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving our business continuity management program.

What youll Do

• Support the administration of Customer s Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios.
• Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
• Ensure integration of new services into Customer s business continuity management program.
• Support strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
• Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrable experience in business continuity planning spanning 5-10 years.
• Strong understanding of Financial, Audit, and Information Technology Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to positively and successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams Solid administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and achieve target dates.
• Self-motivated and productive teammate with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, professional designation (CBCP, MBCI).
• Experience in preparing for and responding to significant multi-site disruptive incidents.
