Job summary

Outscale Partners, LLC is seeking an HR Operations professional in Haryana, Gurugram district, for UK shift coverage. The role involves data entry for HR transactions across ERP platforms like UKG, SAP, WorkDay and Kronos, with emphasis on SLA adherence and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Hire to Retire, basic Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams. Graduate in any discipline is acceptable; on-site position in India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years in HR operations.
• Experience in Hire to Retire (HR Operations) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry for HR transactions on ERP systems (UKG, SAP, WorkDay, Kronos).
• Maintain SLAs in terms of TAT and accuracy.
• Handle basic employee queries and HR process knowledge.

Must have good knowledge for HRO Domain

Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERP’s (UKG, SAP, WorkDay, Kronos )

Maintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy

Handle Basic EE queries

Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same

Knowledge of HR processes and practices

Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Demonstrate Customer Orientation.

• Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information
