Associate - CCB - Home Lending - RPP & NNM

The Home Lending Consumer Revenue Management team is responsible for developing, managing and implementing Chase Home Lending’s pricing strategy. The team manages revenue each day using pricing analytics such as profitability, volumes/market share & competitiveness. Additionally, the team oversees the design & performance of Home Lending’s relationship pricing program. The team acts as trusted advisors to the business & finance leadership and are directly responsible for optimizing business performance through pricing and by driving other key initiatives. This is a fast paced and high-profile position which is instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and sales teams, in coordinating the deployment of the bank’s resources to address strategic and tactical objectives & in creating revenue for the firm.

In a Financial Analyst role, you would be responsible for:

Relationship Pricing Program Support
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the relationship pricing program, including intake, analysis, recommendations, and documentation for pricing decisions and exceptions.
  • Maintain pricing guidance artifacts (e.g., playbooks, corridors/guardrails, approval thresholds) and help ensure consistent application across teams.
  • Prepare materials for pricing governance forums (e.g., weekly deal reviews / pricing committee): summaries, economics, key risks, and decision points.
  • Track pricing performance (e.g., discounting trends, exception volume, realized vs. target pricing) and identify drivers of pricing leakage and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance/Product to support relationship profitability analysis (e.g., contribution, cost-to-serve inputs, capital/liquidity considerations where applicable).
Net New Money (NNM) Program Execution Support
  • NNM reporting, business rhythms, and initiative execution (pipeline tracking, campaign performance, onboarding/activation metrics, inflow/outflow monitoring).
  • Help maintain standardized NNM measurement and attribution rules (definitions, inclusion/exclusion logic, timing conventions) and ensure consistent reporting.
  • Identify client- and segment-level NNM opportunities using data (target lists, retention watchlists, cross-sell/expansion signals) and support action planning with Coverage/Sales.
  • Assist with preparing performance updates for leadership (weekly/monthly scorecards, commentary, drivers, actions).
Analytics, Reporting, and Process Improvement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packs for pricing and NNM metrics; ensure data quality, controls, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic deals, pricing proposals, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives.
  • Document processes, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); identify opportunities for automation and simplification in partnership with Technology/Data teams.
Controls & Stakeholder Management
  • Ensure pricing and NNM activities are appropriately documented and aligned with internal policies, governance, and control expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Ops) to support approvals, issue resolution, and escalation as needed.
  • Provide clear, concise communications to stakeholders; translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature 3 - 6+ years of work experience, preferably in pricing, business management, finance, analytics.
  • Financial Services background.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with BI and data tools (Power BI/Tableau); basic SQL and /or Alteryx/Python a plus (not required).
  • Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Strong analytical capability: Excel proficiency and comfort working with large datasets to produce insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management.
  • Proven track record for executing on special projects / assignments, often with little lead time or information.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
