hoichoi, India’s leading regional OTT platform, seeks an Associate – Graphics to design posters, banners, thumbnails, and campaign creatives for title launches. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams, using AI tools to speed up first drafts while preserving the hoichoi look.

You’ll build layouts in Figma, ensure brand consistency, and deliver assets in the correct formats across platforms, balancing speed with quality and responding to feedback quickly.

Formación

• Strong command of Affinity and Photoshop demonstrated by shipped poster work.
• Working knowledge of Figma with shared files and components.
• A sharp visual eye for layout, typography, color, and composition shown in a portfolio.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, concepting, and first drafts while protecting brand voice.
• Ability to handle several requests at once and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and iterating on feedback.

The Opportunity

Every title we launch needs great visuals, and our audience sees them first on social feeds, the app, and the web. As Associate – Graphics, you will design the posters, banners, thumbnails, and campaign creatives that make people stop scrolling and press play. You will work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams, and use AI tools to move faster without losing the hoichoi look.

What You'll Do

• Design social posts, banners, thumbnails, and posters for every title launch, so each campaign goes live on time and on brand.
• Turn rough briefs from marketing, content, and growth teams into clean designs within the agreed turnaround.
• Build and update layouts in Figma for the app, web, and campaigns, so designs stay consistent across platforms.
• Create design variations for testing, and work with the growth team to find which creatives get more clicks and views.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas and speed up first drafts, then refine each piece by hand so it stays original and on brand.
• Own the hoichoi brand system in your daily work, so every asset looks like it comes from one team.
• Prepare and deliver final files in the right sizes and formats for every platform, with no back-and-forth.
• Take feedback quickly and finish revisions fast, so launches are never held up by design.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong command of Affinity and Photoshop, shown through real, shipped work.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Affinity including shared files and components.
• A sharp visual eye for layout, typography, color, and composition, shown in a portfolio.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI) for research, concepting, and first drafts, while protecting brand voice and originality.
• Ability to handle several requests at once and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Clear communication, and comfort taking feedback and iterating.

Good to Have

• Basic motion or video editing (After Effects or Premiere).
• Interest in regional films, music, or pop culture.
• Experience designing for a media, OTT, or fast-moving social team.
