Job summary

Flex in Chennai is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting to support cost accounting activities and implement process improvements. The role requires a finance education and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and English communication.

The candidate will work with operations to monitor metrics, post month-end entries, and maintain SOPs, while learning to serve as a backup for the cost accountant. Health insurance and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic level knowledge in MS applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good team player with analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and deploy the skills learnt in day to day process.
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
• MS Office good knowledge in accounting principles; understand and interpret accounting policies.

Responsibilities
