Job summary

Maersk is seeking an accomplished Record-to-Report/ATR professional to lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes in a global finance setup. You will review journals, accruals, provisions and validate balance sheet movements while ensuring IFRS compliance and robust internal controls.

With 8–12 years in R2R roles, you will drive accuracy across shared services operations, manage GL reconciliation and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Review and record journal entries, accruals, provisions.
• Validate financial statements and key balance sheet movements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
• Manage Non-SAP / legacy entity postings.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
• Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation and GL management.
• Familiarity with SAP/CargoWise, or similar tools, TrueBalance.
• Understanding of Internal Controls, and audit requirements.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in shared services / global finance operations.
• Experience in transition, migration, or transformation projects within finance operations is highly desirable

Shift Timing:

North America region (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) additional hours may be required during critical close periods.
