Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in India is seeking an Associate Engineer for the STANLEY Engineered Fastening, System and Equipment team. The role focuses on updating drawings and drafting SAT and Systems projects, plus conducting lab tool tests and maintaining test rigs.

You will also handle maintenance and inventory of the test site, execute projects in the labs, and document test results, contributing to a collaborative, tech-driven environment with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in designing of complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office; Advanced English (fluent in spoken and written).
• CAD tools: NX/CREO/SolidWorks (basic).

Responsibilities

• Basic CAD drawing and drafting.
• Concept and setup of tool test environments.
• Maintenance of test tool drawings and design updates with documented test results.
• Inventory management of lab equipment.
• Run and monitor tool tests.

STANLEY Engineered Fastening, System and Equipment team - Associate Engineer is responsible for updates of drawing and drafting of SAT and Systems project. Engineer additional will be responsible for lab tool test, rig updates and documentation of test results. Engineer will be responsible for Maintenance and inventory of the test site including executing of all projects in the labs.
