Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure.
• Strong experience in Cloud/Solution Architecture and Cloud Operations leadership.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure and/or GCP, with experience in at least two cloud platforms.
• Hands-on in multi-cloud architecture, scalability, security and cost optimization.
• Experience with Cloud Operations, DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation or ARM.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and incident management.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience with Cloud Governance, ITIL and service management standards.
• Experience with FinOps, capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Experience leading cloud architecture reviews, technical assessments and transformation initiatives.
• Strong team leadership and experience managing cloud architects and global delivery teams.
• Client-facing communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud Operations Centre of Excellence and manage cloud architecture, engineering and operations teams.
• Define cloud operations strategy, architecture standards, governance framework and technology roadmap.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient and cost-effective multi-cloud solutions.
• Drive cloud operations, automation, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering and FinOps initiatives.
• Establish cloud operating models, service management processes, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments and solution-design workshops.
• Drive standardization and automation across cloud provisioning, configuration, monitoring, security, backup and DR.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, infrastructure, application, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams.
• Identify and address cloud performance, security, availability, scalability and cost challenges.
• Provide technical leadership during critical incidents and RCA.
• Develop reference architectures, operating procedures and best practices.
• Mentor cloud teams and drive capability development and certification initiatives.
