Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to lead multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will shape architecture, governance and platform engineering in a global delivery setup.

The role requires 15+ years of cloud expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and FinOps. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure.
• Experience leading cloud architecture and cloud operations leadership across multiple clouds.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure and/or GCP, with experience in at least two major cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience in multi-cloud architecture, scalability, security, resiliency and cost optimization.
• Experience with Cloud Governance, ITIL and FinOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud Operations Centre of Excellence and manage cloud architecture, engineering and operations teams.
• Define cloud operations strategy, architecture standards, governance framework and technology roadmap.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient and cost-effective multi-cloud solutions.
• Drive cloud operations, automation, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering and FinOps initiatives.
• Establish cloud operating models, service management processes, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead architecture reviews and transformation initiatives across client engagements.
• Drive standardization and automation across cloud provisioning, configuration, monitoring, security, backup and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and address cloud performance, security, availability, scalability and cost challenges.
• Provide technical leadership during critical incidents and RCA efforts.
• Develop reference architectures and best practices.
• Mentor cloud teams and drive capability development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure
• Strong experience in Cloud/Solution Architecture and Cloud Operations leadership

• Strong team leadership and experience managing cloud architects, engineers and global delivery teams
