Candidate will drive data quality, security, and insights with exposure to HR analytics, Prism Analytics, and BI tools, while partnering with HR partners and leadership to deliver impactful workforce insights.
Senior Data Lead Manager manages a team of experienced professionals that performs difficult and complex analytics and statistical modeling on large data sets to identify current market sector trends and customer patterns. This job oversees the examination and identification of data patterns and trends that help answer business questions and improve decision‑making. This job also makes recommendations that address unique opportunities, needs, and challenges, ranging from strategic decisions to building operational analytics products that directly drive the customer experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR technology or people analytics
At least 5 years of hands‑on Workday reporting experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, dashboards, and Prism Analytics Proven track record of managing complex reporting projects from requirements through delivery in a large, matrixed organization
Preferred Workday Reporting or HCM Pro certification
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, People Analytics, or integration with BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI Prior experience in a lead or people management capacity within an HR technology function
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences Collaborative, relationship‑oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills Ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic, big‑picture mindset Passion for data‑driven HR and a commitment to continuous improvement
