Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities in India is seeking a Specialist - Data Scientist to design and deliver large-scale analytical products. The role focuses on deriving insights from structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical methods and ML algorithms.

The candidate will implement end-to-end DS solutions with experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch, and will work on forecasting, profiling, and recommender-style models to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with data science, ML and statistical libraries.

Specialist - Data Scientist - IN

The role is responsible for developing large scale & high impact analytical / data science products to understand & derive insights from structured & unstructured data using scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

They build metaheuristic algorithms to derive optimal data insights, multi level forecasting algorithms to predict user trends and are responsible for implementation of end to end data science products. They should have extensive knowledge & experience of Data & Machine Learning Algorithms (such as Decision Trees, SVM, GBMs, Topic Modelling, Regression), Deep Learning algorithms (such as CNN, RNN & LSTMs) and statistical libraries (such as TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, etc.). They should have hands on experience on techniques such as user profiling, optimization, pattern mining / detection, classification / regression modelling, recommender systems & deep learning models etc.
