Skyroot Aerospace is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager in India to lead treasury operations with a minimum treasury size of ₹1,000 Cr. You will frame and implement the Investment Policy, manage bank financing, oversee investments in financial instruments, and drive cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in Treasury, with hands-on experience in managing large funds, and strong knowledge of RBI/SEBI regulations, Excel and SAP/Oracle ERP.

• MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA required or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10 years in Treasury with hands-on experience managing a Treasury size of ₹1,000 Cr or more.

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and manage the organization's treasury operations with a minimum Treasury size of ₹1,000 Cr. The role involves framing and implementing the Investment Policy, managing Bank Financing or any other form of financing, overseeing Investment in Financial Instruments, and driving accurate cash flow forecasting and planning to maintain optimal liquidity and returns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Policy & Management

• Develop, review, and implement the company's Investment Policy in line with board-approved risk appetite, liquidity needs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage Investment in Financial Instruments, including Fixed Income Mutual Funds, Bank Deposits, and different types of Bonds (Government Securities, Corporate Bonds, PSU Bonds, Tax-Free Bonds, Commercial Papers, etc.).
• Monitor portfolio performance, yield, duration, and credit risk, and rebalance investments to optimize returns while ensuring capital safety.
• Evaluate investment proposals and maintain relationships with banks, AMCs, brokers, and rating agencies.

2. Financing & Banking Relationships

• Manage Bank Financing or any other form of financing, including term loans, working capital facilities, NCDs, ECBs, and structured debt.
• Negotiate interest rates, terms, and covenants with banks and financial institutions to reduce the cost of funds.
• Handle loan documentation, sanction processes, renewals, and compliance with lender covenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and foreign banks, AIFs and financial institutions.

3. Cash Flow Forecasting & Planning

• Lead cash flow forecasting and planning on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Ensure optimal liquidity management and efficient deployment of surplus funds.
• Plan fund requirements for capex, working capital, and debt servicing.
• Manage working capital with finance and procurement: receivables, payables, vendor terms and milestone billing.
• Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate interest rate, liquidity, credit, and counterparty risks.
• Prepare periodic treasury MIS and reports for senior management, and the Board.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years in Treasury, with hands-on experience managing a Treasury size of at least ₹1,000 Cr.
• Strong knowledge of Investment Policy, Fixed Income Mutual Funds, Bank Deposits, different types of Bonds, and debt markets.
• Hands-on experience raising debt and cash flow forecasting and planning.
• Sound understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations and financial markets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and treasury management tools.
