About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Project Management to lead our Process Engineering Simulation Team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process design and simulation using Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSim, with proven experience in managing large‑scale engineering projects and leading cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering Simulation team to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Manage complete project lifecycles—planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership in process simulation, design, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, product, and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers on process simulation tools and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and technical practices.
• Support proposal development, project estimation, and client presentations.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSim.
• Proven experience in Project Management of process simulation and design projects.

• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
