Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences seeks a versatile technologist to drive the technical and product direction of its data and software solutions in India. You will shape architecture, implement components end-to-end, and translate client contexts into robust product requirements and data designs.

The role involves contributing to AI/ML initiatives, data-product design across sourcing and modeling decisions, and close collaboration with consultants to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Track record of bringing software or data products to market.
• Ability to operate as software architect, hands-on engineer, and product owner within same project.
• Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic architectures.
• Consulting or client-facing experience in life sciences or pharma analytics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and lead workstreams.
• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field.

• Shape the technical and product direction of solutions across Trinity's portfolio
• Contribute to solution architecture and build components of these solutions end-to-end
• Translate consulting methodology and client context into product requirements, data structures, and solution designs
• Contribute directly to AI/ML initiatives and development of agentic capabilities
• Support data-product design across sourcing, structuring, and modeling decisions
• Work alongside consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet client needs

Required Experience

• A track record of taking software or data products from concept to market
• Range across the stack: comfort operating as a software architect, hands-on engineer, and product owner within the same project
• Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture
• Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic systems architecture
• Consulting or client-facing experience in life sciences, pharma commercial, or an adjacent analytics-heavy domain
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others once a workstream matures
• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field
