Job summary

Trinity Partners India LLP in Bengaluru seeks a senior data analyst to derive insights from healthcare datasets. You will translate business questions into analytical problems, develop robust methodologies, and present findings with clear visual narratives for stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will collaborate across teams on Adhoc/regular projects using secondary data and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL on databases; familiarity with R, SAS, Python and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with patient-level analytics (RWD Data Lake, IQVIA data).
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and engagement analytics is a plus.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide insights through data analysis and visualization for small to large datasets
• Ability to translate a business question into analytical problem to develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysis
• Ability to summarize the analysis using basic statistical methods
• Work with team to execute Adhoc/ Regular projects using secondary data analysis
• Active participation in client communication

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience is required

Functions skills:

• Must be well verse with Advanced excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Technically: Must - Experience in working on database query (SQL). Good to have - R, SAS, Python, any visualization tool(Tableau, Qlik ) etc.
• Should have extensive experience in working on patient level data analytics, (RWD Data Lake, Optum/ DRG Claims, IQVIA data)
• Good to have: Marketing analytics (Market assessment, Forecasting, competitive intelligence), Sales Analytics (sizing, structuring, segmentation) etc., engagement analytics (call activity, etc.)
