Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a senior product and architecture leader to shape the technical and product direction of solutions across Trinity’s portfolio. You will translate client context into data structures and solution designs, contribute to AI/ML initiatives, and work with consultants to ensure solutions meet client needs.

The role requires experience taking software or data products from concept to market, strong data architecture knowledge, and the ability to operate as a software

Qualifications

• Track record of taking software or data products from concept to market.
• Able to operate as a software architect, hands‑on engineer, and product owner within the same project.
• Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic systems architecture.
• Consulting or client‑facing experience in life sciences, pharma analytics, or a related analytics‑heavy domain.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others.
• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field.

• Contribute directly to AI/ML initiatives and development of agentic capabilities
• Support data-product design across sourcing, structuring, and modeling decisions
• Work alongside consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet client needs

Required experience

• A track record of taking software or data products from concept to market
• Range across the stack: comfort operating as a software architect, hands‑on engineer, and product owner within the same project
• Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture
• Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic systems architecture
• Consulting or client‑facing experience in life sciences, pharma commercial, or an adjacent analytics‑heavy domain
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others once a workstream matures
• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field
