• 12+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or GCC experience.

• Experience with Workday and automation/digital initiatives.
• MBA or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced and transformative leader to join our Ahmedabad GCC as Associate Director – People Business Services (PBS).

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead global People Operations while shaping the future of HR service delivery through operational excellence, employee experience, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

As a key member of the People function, you will build and scale a globally consistent, employee-centric PBS organization, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to drive meaningful enterprise impact.

• MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
