Job summary

Kraft Heinz India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Director for People Business Services (PBS) to lead end-to-end HR operations across Hire-to-Retire from its Ahmedabad GCC location. You will define the PBS transformation roadmap and drive improvements in service delivery, automation, and employee experience, partnering with global HR leaders and key stakeholders.

• Experience with Workday, HR technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in a global environment.
• MBA or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
