Job summary

M2P Fintech, headquartered in Chennai, seeks a Product expert for Prepaid Card to drive strategy and execution across the prepaid card ecosystem. This role requires deep platform product management experience, strong technical grounding, and collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features.

About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a Product expert for Prepaid Card product, who will be pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of Prepaid card products within the organization. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Prepid card offerings, extensive experience in platform product management, and strong technical skills to navigate the underlying systems. You will lead strategic initiatives across the Prepaid card ecosystem, ensuring alignment with both market needs and compliance regulations.

What Will You Do in this Role

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive Prepaid card product strategy aligned with overall business goals, leveraging platform capabilities to drive innovation and market differentiation, including feature roadmap creation and prioritization.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the underlying platform architecture, APIs, and data flows to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimize user experience within the Prepaid card ecosystem.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
• Product Development & Launch: Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to develop, launch, and manage new Prepaid card features and functionalities on the platform.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategy and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, compliance teams, risk management, and operations to ensure alignment with product vision and regulatory compliance.
• Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features that enhance the overall Prepaid card user experience.
• Technical Understanding: Possess a strong technical foundation to understand system limitations, integration points, and potential impacts of product changes on the platform.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years of experience in platform product management and at least 2-3 years of experience specifically leading Prepaid card products.
• Strong technical knowledge of platform architecture, APIs, and data flows.
• International experience is a plus.
• Excellent documentation skills.
