GSK seeks an APAC Operational Lead to oversee end-to-end P2P and O2C processing across APAC markets. The role manages a team and a remote BPO, ensuring performance, governance and compliance.
Key duties include driving KPIs/SLAs, standardizing processes, and delivering Continuous Improvement initiatives with cross-functional Finance partners and Global Process Owners.
The APAC Operational Lead role is responsible for the overall activities in the Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash space for the APAC markets, managing a team operationally involved in activities and oversighting a third party-BPO remotely located tasked of the transactional processing.
The role focuses on delivering on Operational requirements as well as Strategic initiatives aligned to the broader GSK and Global Finance Service strategy.
The Operational Lead role will focus on Operational, KPIs, Continuous Improvements, Projects, Stakeholder’s management, cross functional collaboration and team’ s management.
Such role will require deep knowledge of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash end to end processes,
