• Manages client partnering and talent solutions for the specialization driving initiatives that align with organization goals. (Manufacturing & Logistics Specialism)
• Leads multiple teams for the specialization across the country in the delivery of services and takes ownership of overall budget and people management to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Leads the implementation of initiatives that drive efficiencies in operational processes both internally and externally; identifying and mitigating risks and impediments
• Develops and directs initiatives aimed at increasing client retention and ongoing client feedback loops specific to Operational Talent Solutions service offering and products, leads client presentations, manages client relationship business reviews
• Implements commercial strategies specific to Operational Talent Solutions to increase the value of high-potential client accounts through enhanced service offerings and tailored partnerships, understanding clients' industries focusing on quick scalability and cost-effectiveness
• Sets targets and monitors performance around the operating expenses and revenue for own area of responsibility
• Translates market needs, requirements and the regulatory environment into tactical plans that align with the defined market strategy, leveraging financial, client and operational insights
• Provides guidance, training, and mentorship to broad team members in Operational Talent Solutions client partnership to develop their commercial, client management and engagement, and service delivery skills. Has accountability for budget/P&L, plan, performance and results of the team
• Leads the negotiation of terms, pricing, and service agreements specific to Operational Talent Solutions with clients.
• Sets and reviews high-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, engagement, and service delivery effectiveness specific to Operational Talent Solutions.
