Job summary

WNS Holdings is seeking a skilled analytics professional with strong BFS domain knowledge across Retail, Commercial Banks, Capital Markets, and Fintechs. The role involves implementing advanced analytics for transformation and strategic pursuits, especially in Financial Crime such as KYC/AML and Credit Risk.

You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT to deliver value-driven solutions and manage end-to-end deal lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge of BFS banking domains including Retail, Commercial Banks, Capital Markets.
• Experience in implementing analytics for transformation and strategic initiatives in Financial Crime (KYC/AML, Credit Risk).
• Understanding of Regulatory reporting concepts and data governance in BFS domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into value-driven analytics problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy analytics addressing business challenges.
• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle for pursuits, including data modernization and governance initiatives.

Strong domain knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banks, Capital Markets including Investment Banking, Private Equity, and FintechsUnderstanding and experience in implementing advanced analytics solutions with respect to transformation and strategic pursuits especially in Financial Crime including KYC AML, Credit Risk and Underwriting, Collection Analytics, Model Risk Management and Customer AnalyticsUnderstanding of Regulatory reporting such as Basel II III and CCARExpertise in understanding clients requirements and converting them into a problem statement with a desired value driven solution constructCollaborate with cross functional teams including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals to design and deploy analytical solutions that address key business challengesUnderstanding and expertise in the area of data modernization, data advisory and governance and end to end Data Lake solutions such as ETL and EDW with respect to the BFS domainKnowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the BFS business globallyModerate understanding of statistical conceptsShould be able to handle and own the entire deal lifecycle for any pursuit

Preferred candidate profile
