    • Shape executive-ready narratives that highlight performance, business impact, key initiatives, emerging risks, decisions required, and forward-looking priorities

    • Maintain an integrated reporting calendar across monthly, quarterly, and annual leadership forums to reduce duplication and improve consistency

    • Drive follow-through on decisions and action items, escalating gaps and dependencies when needed

  • CMO Office Strategic Initiatives

    • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the CMO, from initial framing and business case development through execution, measurement, and transition to business ownership

    • Establish charters, workplans, governance, decision rights, milestones, success measures, and executive reporting for each initiative

    • Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, and enterprise partners to resolve issues and maintain momentum

    • Translate complex performance, customer, and strategic information into concise, audience-specific narratives with clear implications and calls to action

    • Prepare leaders for high-visibility forums through message development, briefing documents, anticipated questions, and alignment across contributors

    • Maintain consistency in how Marketing’s strategy, priorities, performance, and value are communicated internally and across the enterprise

  • NPS, Client Experience & Action Planning

    • Coordinate NPS and voice-of-customer initiatives, including measurement strategy, governance, leadership reporting, and cross-functional improvement plans

    • Partner with business and customer-facing teams to strengthen accountability and elevate client-centered decision-making

  • Marketing Value, Impact Storytelling & Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Build a consistent, evidence-based narrative that demonstrates Marketing’s contribution to growth, customer engagement, brand strength, innovation, and operational efficiency

    • Curate proof points such as business outcomes, customer stories, campaign results, pipeline influence, financial impact, and productivity gains for executive and enterprise audiences

    • Partner with Marketing leaders and functional experts to improve attribution, strengthen business cases, and identify opportunities to increase impact

    • Serve as a trusted liaison across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations, aligning contributors around shared outcomes and deadlines

  • Culture & Employee Engagement

    • Partner with Marketing leaders to shape and execute culture and employee-engagement initiatives that reinforce organizational priorities, strengthen connection, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment

    • Develop communications, recognition programs, leadership forums, and feedback mechanisms that increase transparency, celebrate contributions, and translate employee insights into measurable actions

  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:
