Delta Technology Hub in Bengaluru (Bangalore) seeks an Associate Developer to design, build, and maintain cross‑platform iOS and Android applications powering Delta’s operations and customer workflows. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0.8 to 2 years IT experience with hands-on software development in hybrid mobile app development.
• Basic understanding of hybrid and cross-platform development concepts.
• Knowledge of app packaging, deployment, and release management across app stores.
• Familiarity with unit, integration, and UI testing approaches.
• Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design & Programming, REST APIs & Microservices
• Understanding of Mobile App Architecture (MVC, MVVM)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot)
• Cross-Platform Development Best Practices

Role Description

• You will be part of a team that builds and maintains enterprise mobile applications powering Delta’s operational and customer-facing workflows. As an Associate Developer, you will design, develop, and support cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
• You will collaborate with technical leads, product partners, support teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality, performant mobile solutions in an enterprise environment.
• We are looking for an early-career software engineer with strong programming fundamentals, exposure to web, mobile, or hybrid application development, and an interest in AI technologies.
• The candidate should demonstrate a learning mindset, collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute to modern software solutions across cloud, mobile, and AI-enabled platforms.
